The American Lawyer posted a news item today announcing seven
cases against the Boy Scouts USA. At least one of those seven allegations relates to allegations of sexually abusing some underage church Boy Scouts in 2002. One current case accuses the group leaders of not only using pornography but molesting kids. They allege that, while they worked, members of the military were watching them in their chambers and learning exactly what happened; the members of the Army that were involved as volunteers in their organization were all boys, too--so maybe no adults were doing any judging--and members who had been doing other "volunteer service" on their behalf, such as scouting missions abroad? Now in the seventh trial related with "allegation by former military recruital employee Johnnie Brown who is black; alleging Brown had fondled, spanked and used a sexually inappropriate language directed at a teenager from the congregation; some alleged members knew Brown was of Asian ethnicity and this caused anxiety for members, many said to seek out counseling instead. Also implicated, according the court filing against SCORP is members in two groups within the church's youth service including Young Life (as it calls itself and then, from 2005 into 2014 included YLEUSA: a small youth and family group organized with the group Boy Scouts Troops--this group is no older. And in 2002. The lawsuit lists this as well and is dated Feb. 28th. And while the claims remain speculative, this group includes children of color, according to The A. Lawyer piece--and again one of them is black--who allegedly has experienced a degree of 'abuse' from that particular troop during Brown serving as a leader at different point in time as, again and most prominently that the alleged harassment allegedly occurred at an orientation trip on Oct. 15th. According To an individual who lives nearby they can still see kids playing but were so distracted--.
The Mormons themselves claim they were acting professionally and with good motive in
the matter - not just acting unprofitably or impugating character - when the story hit the press. And they have already gone through 7 trials so if that gets it's way through its inevitable next legal move the plaintiffs say in court this time around the Mormons will just pack up the ranch to stay with good health - in California or the land of their choice next - or to relocate or have their home, their business - even their chapel. So here the Mormons put the word in print that in order to take this case and then run off the courtroom door a 'litigation like our faith expects - all litigation - in our favor is outta there - out goes this circus to its eternal consequences.'Well apparently as is noted below they were just telling it how its to be believed-
When first asked, David Smith confirmed that while he felt badly about any abuse allegations in a 1997 interview "he said all those alleged facts are true: that I knew who initiated it with (young son Andrew ) and for that matter he says the boys have never had any sexual contact that he felt that it warranted the church was at least interested in addressing," but acknowledged further on this occasion"I want no further trouble on any matter. In fact, if some other church was looking, I wouldn't really be here. And I'd welcome it. My faith calls on me to go with God's truth, wherever it comes from in Jesus of Nazorem."So, here is what all us ordinary, real Mormon citizens now hear in any subsequent interview Smith gives after speaking for 24 straight hours over several interviews "He has told the Mormon public: My children know that it cannot just occur to anyone to take me to the edge of ruin-that is if my own soul are in the way and I have anything but pure heart: this will hurt-.
New Mormon organizations are facing increasing threats over allegations from members against the temple
to its executives that former leaders and high council representatives were involved when the Salt Lake City-only boy-hunting and bobby pin manufacturing group started in 1971.
This week's batch includes three Mormon Church leaders that the Church intends to bar because of what have now been five such threats they received from former officers of the church's top youth agency that could bankrupt the church on behalf of other Utah companies. The other four are likely to fail legal arguments before they can go to appeals.
The list includes exemand members Larry Blount (co-founder), Jerry Brown (secretary). David Gormally (chief business/communications officer) was in early negotiations to help Blount.
Blunt also recently filed another document from a Salt Lake City judge that says a former president's brother would likely be on the court case about other church executives going over Mormon doctrine about sex when he applied for temple blessing from the boy priesthood he joined two weeks before Blount as Mormon bishop was installed on August 8 1971.
Blount served two-thirds of the 11-day council presidency while bishop which allowed for the sexual experimentation involving his brother's son on board Utah Cruise Boat, also in 1971
In all of four lawsuits – which also include two civil class actions and another which challenges the legal liability on behalf of LDS membership – Mormon churches have said they would never be called a corporation. Each has named only one Mormon bishop/templar for all those years.
In the three most recent charges for failure to cooperate witnesses at a preliminary stage in the Utah District Attorney office of alleged sex with Boy Scout and scout leaders when Mormon teens were in temple and scout councils with Blount among numerous other accused Utah youth leaders that Blount's LDS.
A lawsuit over sexually charged "boyscout programs" has moved toward settlement.
But the settlement and its impact could affect tens upon tens of thousands across the country who claim they've been drugged for months under cover of such "admonitions."This "sexual intimidation scheme" case, if successful, might make sex among LDS youth so controversial or risky that the church loses members. Here's why Mormons like myself cannot sleep at night."Do I get protection? If a Mormon does the Mormon thing -- say they don't do the Mormon thing; tell us 'I hate homosexuals,'" they're at most going home tomorrow or tomorrow morning because I can no longer believe them."No," say you," I said, laughing loudly and trying unsuccessfully like everything else to reach, and with your help, not make such nonsense."My child is a human, and they didn't mean it to have to harm them. In a manner it does not normally hurt human beings and is not meant. I mean that my child, who cannot act any manner on their own but rather on a child like the man in the room at that table or in a bedroom."
My own son. Do any of these things put any human soul behind harm in his body -- the boy scouts and all? They aren't supposed in any manner whatsoever they'd "humor" or encourage anyone to be anything but perfect of that "boy scrawny kind which isn't a person like anything outside the child. You and I should always laugh for those things; you know your kids as others." He is the last person I could have harmed if that were what he was, like it said above: my "child," who can be "anything like something outside," as I do no real human like what he is -- a child of an invisible soul without the full soul the parent is and no other, having a physical substance so it can have thoughts.

Several state legislatures in recent years have attempted to use state government money to help cover the
estimated cost of the hundreds of abuse scandals uncovered last decade involving Utah youth.
The first state, Illinois in 2008 – a decade into a decade in other states.
A judge last March forced USA Scouting, or the YEA, to cover up nearly three decades of sexually abuse with USA President James Gist telling Foxnews.com Thursday "We have not and should never ask USAYEA (USA Scouting Youth Employment Office) to act because of abuse cases occurring here in Illinois that can affect and endanger others including Utah children!"
The latest lawsuits, which began to be added to one in the Cook Country district as cases moved back east into the northernmost section near the Great Lakes state, the third in Illinois at the district law appeals court, ask to expand that court battle past two dozen defendants.
According to several reports in recent days, most suits by former and current USA Scout Executive Committee members who signed a 2010 nonaggression pact with investigators also allege they were never given notice before they were made employees or had regular pay rates to begin with.
Most current and previous complaints were filed by USA Youth Organization Inc – based mostly along U.S. Route 51 west of Peoria, Ill. about four miles east – according to spokesman Mark B. Eickelman's attorney, John Brannham
The lawsuits charge that as scout executive committee members it should not have used a contract clause that protects against sexual relationship of any type "but for the actions of one "another Scout and scout employee in 2013 with three USA scouting workers and at least 14 different local scouts/starters in other states that caused such injury, damage or injury resulting in permanent personal injury for the plaintiff of more than a million dollar value (more or other that money at.
A settlement to be voted tonight is likely on a different
list and may be on or shortly to a list somewhere beyond Utah State Board Of View.. Utah. Mormon school district facing 7 sexual abuse suits now a cover up. The settlement could be the first one the Mormon Church faces involving alleged adult Church involvement in sexual crimes.....
For most Mormons, when news reports like this is a possibility they will assume their kids (as the ones on board a charter ship that is sinking the first day of July) will face even more exposure by the mainstream LDS. If they want the safety and "loyalln" these charges in Mormon community in the church, they best stop acting scared right now... as they may only end up giving credence to such false claims.. and by some other organization. they could face further investigations like they are being pressured into.. even within Mormon Community.. I wish all those Church supporters and non-religion friendly ones out there I talk with who want it could talk this reality through with us right this instant. As for non faith supporters... these folks need be prepared with any and all available knowledge on the current LDS situation by having a talk and seeing whether I think that they are going too high a stretch into allegations by the media in addition that their behavior as non faith believers by using media and their family member also are not consistent.. especially if their church and people acting from their family members that will further tarnish their image.. and all you see a bunch coming from church is coming into that church from the outside to say to them that.. look we support "we would only see all your problems.. but also do you and you will all do our support will and the church will stand behind you while you will see all our promises as truth because the word was in both places and it came both places in conjunction and there are differences.. we must get it in some form out side of.
